Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TP Revenue iOS application ("App") operated by TP Revenue ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About TP Revenue

TP Revenue is a personal Digital Platform revenue management application designed for freelancers and small businesses. The App allows users to:

• Record and categorise Digital Platform income (receive), bank withdrawals, platform fees, and local VND income
• Calculate VAT and Personal Income Tax (PIT) automatically based on configurable tax rates
• Track USD/VND exchange rates and compute net income in Vietnamese Dong
• View monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Export reports as Excel (.xlsx) and PDF files
• Configure company information, tax codes, and tax rates for use in official reports
• Sync financial data securely across devices via Firebase Firestore in real time
• Use the App offline with automatic cloud sync when connectivity is restored

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TP Revenue, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Account & Authentication

TP Revenue supports two sign-in methods:

• Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0): By signing in with your Google account, you authorise TP Revenue to access your email address, display name, and profile picture solely for account creation and identification. We do not access any other Google services.
• Sign in with Apple: By signing in with Apple, you authorise TP Revenue to use your Apple-verified email (or private relay address) and display name for account creation. We do not access any other Apple account data.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials. We recommend enabling device-level passcode or Face ID protection.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TP Revenue only for lawful, personal or business financial management purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the App or its backend infrastructure
• Use the App on behalf of others without their explicit consent
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service or Firebase backend
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass Firebase Security Rules

5. Your Data & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all financial data you enter into TP Revenue — including transaction amounts, exchange rates, dates, VAT/PIT rates, and company information.

TP Revenue is a personal management tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Tax calculations displayed in the App (VAT, PIT, net income) are computed based on the rates you configure, and are provided for reference and convenience only. You should consult a qualified tax professional or accountant for official tax filings. Any financial or tax decisions you make based on data in the App are entirely your own responsibility.

6. Exported Reports

Excel and PDF exports generated by the App are produced on your device and saved to local storage. These files may contain sensitive financial data including company name, tax code, address, and full transaction history. You are solely responsible for the security and handling of exported files after they are generated.

7. Data Storage & Sync

Your transaction and settings data is stored locally on your device (via SwiftData) and synchronised to Google Firebase Firestore. We make reasonable efforts to maintain data availability and integrity, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that data will never be lost due to device failure, account deletion, or service interruptions. We recommend exporting your data regularly as a backup.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within TP Revenue are the property of TP Revenue and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TP Revenue is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any financial or tax decisions made based on data or calculations displayed within the App
• Inaccurate tax calculations resulting from incorrectly configured rates or thresholds
• Loss of data due to device failure, account deletion, or Firebase service interruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
• Errors in exported Excel or PDF reports caused by user-entered data

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TP Revenue at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm other users or the integrity of the service. You may request full deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in good faith between the parties.
